    Jesse Molina is an international business attorney with over 25 years of corporate experience and more than a decade as General Counsel for private, venture-backed, and private-equity owned companies. He has successfully counseled companies through multiple exits ranging from $20 million to $500 million, giving him unique insight into structuring deals that maximize value and protect client interests.

    Jesse advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, data privacy compliance, intellectual property, and complex contract negotiations, including executive employment agreements. He also works closely with founders and executives on exit planning and execution, ensuring clients are prepared for successful, profitable transitions.

    In addition to his practice, Jesse serves as an adjunct professor at San Joaquin College of Law, where he teaches Corporations/Business Organizations and Data Privacy Law. His blend of in-house, transactional, and academic experience allows him to deliver practical, business-minded counsel that helps clients manage risk, close deals, and grow with confidence.

  • Justin Atkinson brings extensive experience in business law, compliance, and litigation to Valley Business & Tech Law. He previously served as Associate General Counsel for a large nonprofit healthcare organization, where he advised on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and risk management in a highly regulated industry.

    Earlier in his career, Justin practiced civil litigation with McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth LLP and later with the Office of the Fresno County Counsel, handling trial and appellate matters in both state and federal courts. This blend of in-house and government experience gives him unique insight into managing risk and aligning legal strategy with organizational goals.

    Today, Justin also serves as Academic Dean and Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law, where he teaches Contracts and draws on his practical experience to prepare future attorneys.

  • Jason Hamm is a seasoned business attorney with nearly two decades of experience as Chief Legal Officer at AGI Publishing, Inc., where he led the company’s legal strategy and advised on a broad range of corporate matters. His practice spans contract negotiation, corporate governance, employment law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, advertising law, litigation, and intellectual property, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the legal challenges businesses face.

    Jason earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his undergraduate degree from UCLA. In addition to his practice, he serves as an adjunct professor at San Joaquin College of Law, where he teaches Employment Law, Business Organizations, and Remedies.
